 Daniel Gehrs Wines
The Daniel Gehrs Wines label was founded in 1990 with production of only 1,000 cases. Although our production increased to 7,500 cases in 2001, the focus remains the same: creating small lots of high quality wines, offered at reasonable prices. White wines include Chenin Blanc and Viognier; the red wine focus is on Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Our Tasting Room and Gift Shop is in Heather Cottage, a landmark along "Tasting Room Row" in Los Olivos. Built in 1904, Heather Cottage features a true gift shop with French Country and English cottage-themed items for the home. You will also find numerous wine-related gifts in the tasting room alongside the latest releases. Originally built as a doctor's office and later a residence through much of the 1900's, for the last decade, Heather Cottage has made a name for itself as a gift boutique. Now, in addition to the many unique and wonderful gift items, the Heather Cottage is home to Daniel Gehrs Wines.
