The countdown is on for Harvest 2025… do you want to be part of the magic?! The mornings are early and the days are long, but the experience is one you’ll never forget…

Chad and Garrett (Head Winegrower & Assistant Winegrower, respectively) are looking for two hardworking, passionate individuals to join our cellar team this season for an exciting and immersive education in all aspects of winegrowing and winemaking. Are you up for the challenge?! Here are the details:

Schedule

-Kickoff is at 5am daily

-(5) 8-10 hour days + (1) 4 hour day

-September – November

-Flexibility in schedule specifics is crucial. We are working with Mother Nature and she doesn’t share her game plan in advance.

Responsibilities

-Cleaning/sanitizing winery equipment and facility

-Sampling: vineyard, juice, and wine sampling for the lab

-Crush pad operations: receiving and processing grapes

-Fermentation management: measuring brix, temperature, cap management

Requirements

-Effective communication and time management skills

-Detail-oriented, with strong motivation and organization

-A willingness to step out of your comfort zone, learn a ton, and have fun

-The ability to lift 50+ pounds and do PHYSICALLY DEMANDING WORK

-Reliable transportation

-Previous harvest experience is preferred, but not required
