PART TIME AND FULL TIME TASTING ROOM ASSOCIATE (ARTISTE WINERY)

Artiste Tasting Studio and Art Gallery, a family-owned, and operated winery located in Los Olivos, is looking for enthusiastic, experienced full-time and part-time associates.

Tasting Room Associate is responsible for providing excellent service to guests, being knowledgeable about our wine blends, selling our wines and art, and effectively promoting the Artiste brand to customers. Efforts are focused on providing exceptional customer service and selling wine, signing up wine club members, and promoting/selling art from the gallery.

Responsibilities Include:
-Provide guests with an exceptional experience.
-Effectively sell wines/wine club and reach goals set by management.
-Perform all daily Tasting Room duties and work with the team in creating an enjoyable, enthusiastic tasting environment.

Qualifications:
– Must be at least 21.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
-Must enjoy working with an established team.
-Tasting Room and/or sales experience desired
-Must have a passion for wine, enjoy and be willing to learn more.
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-Friday, Weekends and Holidays availability required.
-Able to work a Flexible schedule.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour (or depending on experience)
