The Tasting Room Somm/Events Coordinator role combines front-of-house hospitality with event planning and execution, all centered on creating exceptional guest experiences at Pence Vineyards & Winery. This full-time position focuses primarily on hosting guests in the tasting room and member spaces, while also collaborating closely with the Hospitality Manager to deliver seamless, memorable events.

Compensation: Starting at $23/hour, plus tips, sales commission, and membership sign-up and retention bonuses.
