Winery for Lease

Cottonwood Canyon has a 6 acre property separated from the 78 gross property by this canyon where the winery production facility is located. The property includes approximately 15000 gallons of tank space plus four 8′ jacketed 8′ open top fermenters. The wine area includes a refrigerated 5000′ x 18′ high warehouse and 6000′ of caves. Equipment includes a natural gas heater and chiller.

The property can be leased short-term or long term and can be planted on a long term lease. Ag water is from a natural gas well and domestic and winery water is created by another well and stored in 30000 gallons of water serviced by 3 pressure tanks.

A 3800′ office tasting room is also available to lease.
