Our vineyard consists of approximately 4,800 vines that were planted in 2007. Located at 750 feet above sea level in the Los Olivos District AVA, there are currently 3.27 acres in production representing three different grape varietals of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Vermentino. Our organic farming methods nourish the soil, enriching the diversity and vitality of microorganisms and improving vine health and vineyard expression. These viticultural practices allow us to avoid the use of inorganic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. The care and farming of our vineyard is managed by local winemaker, Steve Clifton.
