Pico Restaurant at the Los Alamos General Store – Pico’s mission is to create innovative food from local ingredients, carefully sourced from farmers who are committed to sustainable, regenerative, and humane practices. The chef, Cameron Ingle, is driven by his passion for hunting and foraging. His dream has always been to create a true farmer-driven menu.
Enjoy dinner in the garden or in the grand room which served as the town’s General Store from 1880 until the 1990s. Pico boasts WE Top 100 Wine Restaurants in America 2019. Hosting a large selection of wines with a bias toward small, handcrafted wines that express a sense of place. Pico shares it a location with Lumen wines, made by acclaimed winemaker Lane Tanner.
