Over the past three decades, we have been persistent in our pursuit to farm responsibly, to craft wines of balance and integrity, and to share our story authentically. This pursuit is simply not possible without a loyal and dedicated team, and we’ve been blessed to work with some of the best over the years.

 

We are currently looking to welcome a Direct-to-Consumer Admin to our estate winery team in the beautiful Sta. Rita Hills.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Customer Service + Support:

• Take a lead role in answering telephone calls, RedChirp messages and emails in an appropriate and timely manner. This includes assisting Tasting Room & Events Manager with large group and private event inquiries.

• Become fully proficient in Commerce7, our point of sale and CRM system, and Tock, our reservation system.

• Facilitate new wine club membership signups, profile updates, and general member communications.

• Assist with receiving and fulfilling orders, maintaining an organized system for weather holds and FedEx claims.

• Support Warehouse Manager with packing orders, as necessary.

• Proactively contribute creative ideas for generating additional sales across our DTC channels.

• Organize and track donation requests.

• Execute general office organization, as well as clerical projects as assigned by the management team.

 

Marketing

• Be the go-to individual for updating our website to ensure content is timely, accurate and compelling. This includes (but not limited to):

• Adding new releases/products to Commerce7 (website shop)

• Creating and/or updating trade materials (tech sheets, shelf talkers, etc.)

• Updating scores (both on web products and our internal database)

• Support marketing efforts by contributing ideas, copy, images/video, etc.

• Create digital and print marketing materials to promote both in-person and e-commerce initiatives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work in both a collaborative team environment and independently.

• Proactive, reliable, incredible attention to detail.

• Exceptional customer service skills both over the phone and in person.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Instagram, and Facebook preferred.

• Willingness to be adaptable and take on projects not listed above if needed.
