Distilling Services and products from Santa Barbara Wine (Rock 12 Distillery)

Rock 12 Distillery in the Sta. Rita Hills is the only farm distillery in Santa Barbara county. We make vodkas, Brandies, Gin and Liqueurs using Santa Barbara wines as our base.

We offer the following services to our winemaking neighbors:

– Contract distilling of your wine into brandy (for ageing in barrels, or for use in fortified wines)

– Contract distilling of your wine into 95% abv neutral grape spirit for use in fortified wines

– Custom formulations of fortified wines, such as vermouth; you supply the wine, we do the rest.

We also have aged Brandy of various SB county varietals and various ages for sale in bulk or in cases.
