Tucked away between the coastal mountains of Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez Valley lies our 600 acre estate, Folded Hills. Folded Hills has been built on our desire to preserve this agriculturally rich land and share our family’s story through the wine and food that we cultivate. For over 150 years, our family has proudly brewed and packaged many of the world’s most well-respected beverages by using only the finest ingredients. We are continuing that tradition here at Folded Hills by working closely with many of this region’s experts to produce our estate wine.
Additionally, we are devoted to caring for our land by keeping organic row crops and by raising a variety of heritage-breed animals. The success of Folded Hills depends on protecting and preserving the rich history embedded deep in the soil of our land and deep within the fibers of our family traditions. We hope that through our efforts we might make a small difference in the communities where we work and live.
