The Gainey family has been farming in the Santa Ynez Valley for over 60 years. Their 100% Estate grown, small production wines are sustainably created from three ranches, each offering a unique combination of soil types, microclimate and sun exposure. We grow Bordeaux varieties at our Home Ranch in the warmer, eastern end of Santa Ynez Valley and Burgundian varieties at our Evan’s Ranch and Rancho Esperanza in the cool, marine-influenced Sta. Rita Hills appellation.
Experience an authentic working winery surrounded by vineyards, majestic oaks and pastureland. Tastings are offered on our patio or in our barrel room depending on the weather. Come relax and enjoy world class wines in a casual and friendly atmosphere.
