Big, bold, plush wines that are unapologetically Californian. We have no desire to try to emulate the wines from Europe. We refuse to be the winemaking equivalent of a cover band. Rather than focusing on what our wines “should be”, we explore what wines from California “can be”.
We source grapes from growers with generations of farming history that inform and guide their decisions. Growers who farmed their land sustainably before that was even a term. Growers who have no desire to chase current fads or marketing buzz words.
We pick riper than almost anyone else, resulting uniquely flavorful and opulent wines. Our wines may not be everyone’s thing, but we love what we do. And it’s OK if that means we’re a little less Taylor Swift and a bit more Robert Smith.
