The Set is a brainchild of brothers Billy & Christopher Hines with a mission to bring exceptional wines to the tables of family and friends, inspired by Southern hospitality and charm.

At The Set, we believe great wine should be approachable. We craft wines that are rooted in the Burgundian tradition, using grapes from the Sta. Rita Hills in Santa Barbara County. Our goal is to create wines that respect the history of the grapes, while representing the unique character of the region.
This is our adventure. The Set invites everyone to pull up a chair, pour a glass, and join in redefining what great wine can be. Thanks for coming along for the ride.
Taste With Us
Come find us in a metal building filled with tanks in Lompoc – and prepare to have a great time. There’s no view here, no vineyard sprawling out behind you. What there is: great wine, poured by the people who made it. We can’t wait to share it with you. You’ll go through a lineup of current releases with whoever’s pouring that day (probably the winemaker, Christopher), hear the story behind the wines, and get a look at the space where it all happens.
