Tomi Cellars is the new project from Boyd Shermis and Denise Davis, with a little help from some family and good friends. We’re just getting started, but currently have eight separate vintages ageing in barrels. Our goal is to make the finest wines possible from the finest vineyards on the Central Coast of California. We’ve spent the last two decades learning what it takes to make wines of distinction, wines that evoke place of origin. Wines that we want to drink – and wines that we hope you’ll want to drink, too.
